Although the ordinary teas contain high nutritional ingredients, the water-soluble parts of them make up only 35%, and a large number of active ingredients do not dissolve in water are threw away. Some studies show a bowl of matcha contains more nutritional ingredients than 30 cups of the average green tea. Matcha is of mood-boosting benefits and antioxidant effects as green tea, besides, a cup of matcha contains less caffeine than a cup of black tea but does help people improve concentration rather than feel much jittery.
